Alcohol Prior Approval Request Form
The Alcohol Prior Approval Request Form must be completed for GT events where alcoholic beverages will be served. Please submit the completed form at least 14 days before the event date for prior approval. For requests AFTER THE EVENT DATE, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
For events with alcohol where STUDENTS ARE INVITED, approval from the Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students is required PRIOR to submitting this form for approval from the Executive Vice President for Administration and Finance.
Once the event is approved, you will receive an email outlining GT procedures to be followed.
