Alcohol Prior Approval Request Form
Any GT Department sponsoring an event where alcoholic beverages will be served must complete this Alcohol Prior Approval Request Form. Please submit the completed form at least two weeks before the event date for prior approval.
For events with alcohol where students are invited, approval from the Vice President for Student Affairs is required prior to approval from the Executive Vice President for Administration and Finance.
Once the event is approved, you will receive a follow-up email outlining GT procedures to be followed. You can view GT's alcohol policies by following this link.
